Your 6-Week Journey
WEEKS 1 + 2 — GROUND & UNCOVER
Understand where you are and what’s been shaping you.
We’ll begin by grounding, assessing where you are now, and looking beneath the surface at the beliefs, patterns, and stories influencing how you see yourself, what you believe is possible, and the choices you make.
WEEKS 3 + 4 — HEAL & RECONNECT
Heal what’s been asking for your attention.
Through emotional healing and inner-child work, we’ll reconnect with the parts of you that may have been hurt, hidden, or left behind, creating space for greater self-compassion, freedom, and connection to yourself.
WEEKS 5 + 6 — ACTIVATE & BECOME
Trust your inner voice and step into what’s next.
We’ll strengthen your intuition, clarify the woman you dream of becoming, and explore how she thinks, chooses, lives, and shows up, so you can begin embodying her in your life now.
