Rest, Relax, Reset...Repeat

The holy R Trinity, and no I am not talking about Reduce, Reuse, Recycle although that's a good one too.


I am talking today about Rest, Relax, Reset...Repeat.


Have you found yourself going, and going, and going some more??!?! Yeah...me too.


A clear message that has been coming through from my guides is the need to reset and recharge. I hear them say, "Amanda, not everything needs to get done in this very moment, and it is okay to take some time to relax and reset your nervous system before going back in to do all the things again."


Even the sun takes time to rest.


So as per my guides, I am relaying this message onto you because who knows...maybe you need to hear this too. The external world, the conditioned world that we are susceptible to, runs on the mantras of "more is more is more. & Do more, and sleep when you're dead." I would like to personally cancel and clear these phrases out of my vocabulary right now.


It is vital not only to our nervous system, but to our mental, emotional & spiritual health that we allow for rest to occur. When we take time to rest, it assists with burnout, and allows us to tune into the rhythms and messages from the universe. In those moments of peace relaxation, we are opening up to receive divine guidance and inspiration in new ways.


I get it, you may feel like Sea Biscuit ready to run that race, but woahhhh Nelly. The angels want you to know that everything that is meant for you, will come to you in divine timing, and everything that you are working towards- the seeds have already been planted, now it's time to step back and let the universe take it from here.


Trust that God has you.


So, here are a few ways that I recommend recharging and reseting your energetic systems:


  • Cat Nap- I freaking love a good nap in the middle of my day. Actually will probably take one when I am done writing this blog :) it is the purrrrfect way to reset and recalibrate your mind, body, and soul! Also I get some of my best downloads when I am snoozing midday.

  • Bubble Bath- Nothing like a good soak in the tub to relax and reset your nervous system. I love boiling the water, and filling the tub up to the brim with bubbles! Even throw a CBD bath bomb in there to really take things to a whole new level.

  • Meditate- There is something about a good meditation to really just reset everything that you are going through. Let your angels and your Higher Self take you on an adventure through the cosmos, and you will surely come back with new intuitive hits and messages.

  • Have a "Me" Day- get a massage, eat your favorite food, watch a cheesy rom-com or child-like fantasy movie (Encanto or Stardust) in your fav pjs, and relax into your day. My Amanda days are vital and you work so hard, it's okay to enjoy and reward yourself with your favorite things.



Well, my dear friends...all this talk about resetting and relaxing, has me really excited to enjoy spending the rest of my day unwinding. A few takeaways ... know that it is vital for your body, mind, and soul to relax and reset in order to continue receiving information and messages from spirit. Release the old patterns that you have to get everything done, and the guilt that may come with relaxation. ENJOY YOURSELF!
